Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor at the Residence Inn Conshohocken, PA. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and overseeing receptionist duties. They will also be responsible for maintaining phone etiquette, resolving guest issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing and supervising a team
Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties: Ability to handle phone calls and perform front desk duties
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
