Currently, DoubleTree Greensboro is looking for a top-performing Hotel Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, or Guest Service Supervisor.

The Doubletree by Hilton Greensboro Airport is hiring a Front Office Supervisor, Guest Service Supervisor or Front Desk Supervisor to lead our already fantastic team. The Front Desk Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor or Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring exemplary guest services. Front Desk Supervisor, Guest Service Supervisor or Front Office Supervisor should have experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrate a commitment to customer service, and come to work with a positive attitude. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, or Guest Services Supervisor

  • Maintains day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate service standards for all Front Office, Front Desk, and Guest Service areas.
  • Maintains proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over/short documentation.
  • Adheres to all hotel policies concerning hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.

Requirements for the Hotel Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, or Guest Service Supervisor

  • Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, etiquette, and social skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills manage time well, correctly prioritizes, and is flexible.

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
