The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area. This includes managing the front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Manage room reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
