As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors and employees. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and update calendars. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
