  • Front Desk Agent (Fulltime & Seasonal) $19-$21/hr** Edgartown, MA **What we are looking for** :
  • Greets guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Complete VIP registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information.
  • Codes electronic keys and ensures guest knows location of room and arranges for associate to accompany guest in room
  • Listens to and understands guest requests and responds with immediate and appropriate action
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use the hotels computer system
  • Commitment to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
