Job Description: Freight Broker / Relationship Manager Job Summary Bronco Companies is owned and staffed by individuals having years of experience in the logistics industry. Our employees and customers are our priority. We are excited to expand our team and add highly motivated individuals to our freight brokerage team. Responsibilities and Expectations (include, but not limited to): Prospect, research and initiate contacts to establish new relationships. Expand relationships with new and existing clients. Evaluate client s needs and use Bronco resources to meet their needs. Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers. Utilize industry tools and Bronco provided resources. Collaboratively work with other departments to properly manage customer needs. Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience: Ability to work independently (self-motivating; hungry to add value) and manage time to achieve goals. An understanding of industry trends. Background in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required. Preferred experience with Salesforce platform and Transportation Management Systems. Preferred minimum of 1 year experience. Travel may be required to meet with new and existing clients.
