Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods from one place to another. Your day-to-day tasks will include negotiating freight rates, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including trucking, shipping, and logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Proficiency in using transportation management software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
