Currently, King of Freight is in search of Inside Sales Representatives to elevate our B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts. This role requires proficiency in outbound calling, fostering customer connections, and adeptness with our customer CRM (customer relationship management) software. Our ideal candidate boasts a proven history of closing deals within a similar industry, coupled with stellar negotiation and communication skills. While experience in a business-related field is preferred, we're open to candidates with other types of sales experience. Experience in car sales, phone sales, and cold calling would be highly advantageous.
Work Hours:
Full-time in-office position. No hybrid or remote positions are available at this time.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
Compensation:
Starting at $17.50/hour (draw) plus 50% commission for the initial two months. Afterward, the draw reduces to $12.50/hour with 50% commission.
Responsibilities:
Pursue leads provided to you to expand your customer base
Employ negotiation prowess to seal deals
Engage with existing clients to address their requirements
Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer retention
Requirements:
Sales background, preferably in B2B sales
Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities
Strong multitasking ability
Necessary Skills:
Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments
Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems including Outlook email
Superior customer service and cold
calling abilities
