This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation of goods between shippers and carriers. This includes identifying shipping needs, negotiating rates, and maintaining relationships with both shippers and carriers. The Freight Broker will also be responsible for tracking shipments, ensuring on-time delivery, and resolving any transportation issues that may arise.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills/li>
Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus not not required
Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics is preferred
