• Be the Logistics Guru: You'll identify the perfect freight solution for each client, from speedy LTL (Less Than Truckload) to full truckload shipments and everything in between.
• Negotiate Like a Boss: Secure the best rates and terms with a diverse network of pre-vetted carriers, ensuring your clients get maximum value.
• Become a Client Champion: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• Embrace Technology: Utilize our cutting-edge freight management system to streamline processes, track shipments in real time, and keep everyone informed.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Thrive in a dynamic industry by keeping up with market trends and regulations, ensuring clients have the latest logistics knowledge at their fingertips.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a knack for building rapport and thrives in a consultative sales environment.
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Is a master organizer with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Is a self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Has a strong understanding of basic logistics concepts (a plus, but not a must – we'll provide training!).

Bonus points if you:

• Have prior freight brokerage experience.
• Are familiar with various domestic freight services (FTL, LTL, Expedited etc.).
• Have a network of contacts in the shipping and logistics industry.
