Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at BALSA Logistics LLC. The Freight Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The role requires effective communication and coordination with carriers, shippers, and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends
Proficient in using transportation management software and technology
3 to 5 years of transportation experience FTL/LTL.
Responsabilities:
Develop and maintain a profesional rapport between customers and carriers
Responsible to deal with Carriers and truck drivers
Generate business leads / Prospecting Shippers-Customers
Negatiate Rates with Carriers and Customers
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Book your Customer´s shipments in our TMS, track drivers/loads, and ensure carriers provide PODs.
