Execute and manage. Oversee and manage all aspects of content creation including ideation, production and distribution for social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Embrace collaboration. Collaborate with key marketing personal to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content to foster a creative work environment, encouraging idea-sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies.
Identify trends & opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms to continuously innovate and improve content offerings. Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content decisions.
Minimum Requirements
3-5+ years experience
Skilled storyteller through video and photography with a strong portfolio of accomplished works
Possesses knowledge of camera all equipment regarding photography/videography/audio ( Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length, waveforms)
Ability to capture, edit, and produce video, photography, and audio content (multi-cam editing, video ratioing)
