About The Role

Our client, a software consulting company is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer for a client project in Minneapolis, United States. This hybrid position requires on-site presence three days a week and remote work for the remaining time. The initial project duration is approximately 6 months, with potential for future opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in UI/UX design and proficiency in Figma, capable of transforming client requirements into intuitive and visually appealing application designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and interpret application requirements
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio of design projects
  • Expertise in Figma for creating detailed, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
