Are you a social media savant with a passion for creating content and wellness? Join us as a Social Media Freelancer at The Honey Pot Company, where you'll play a crucial role in creating content across digital platforms. This role requires strong creative skills both in content execution, concept ideation and best-practices across Instagram and TikTok.

What You’ll Do:

• Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience with the direction of a brand brief.
• Craft Compelling Content (5 – 10 posts per month): You will plan, script and produce engaging posts that resonate with our audience around wellness and product education with rudimentary graphic design, video editing, and photography.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor trends and bring to life our brand values with an in-depth knowledge of timely social media conversations. You will be tasked to execute on these conversations quickly to maintain relevancy of our brand.
• Compelling Creative Writing: Strong command of language and a knack for storytelling to empower communities and evoke conversation. Your writing should be relevant to social media trends, educational, and capable of evoking emotion.
• Bring to Life our Mascot: As our Brand Mascot for video content, you'll bring our brand to life through engaging and charismatic video performances in our vulva costume. You'll embody our values, personality, and mission, resonating with our audience in a genuine and impactful way.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Atlanta Based (PREFERRED)
• 1 - 5 years of social media experience
• Strong understanding and passion for social media creative and digital communities, specifically on Instagram and TikTok
• Self-driven and adept in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, curious, and creative
• You are detailed oriented with a discerning and informed eye for photography, design, color, and composition. In addition to rudimentary content creation skills in tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom to work remotely and manage your own schedule. You have the ability to capture content at our Atlanta office periodically.
• Passion for the wellness and CPG space.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with comfort tackling a vast number of conversations including but not limited to, vaginal care.

What you need:

• Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, ideally within the wellness or consumer goods industry.
• Strong project management skills with a knack for coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A passion for health and wellness, aligned with The Honey Pot Company's mission and values.

WORKPLACE CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:

Regularly works in a modern business office environment, may occasionally work out of retail shop locations or other off-site locations. Full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday. This position may infrequently require longer hours and weekend work.
