Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will be able to provide vital support to our Integrated Marketing and Executive Communications departments and our clients. You’ll be creating innovative digital assets with a dynamic team for technology clients for a successful B2B technology marketing agency.
The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills, creative flair, with a strong focus on design aesthetics and attention to visual details.
What You’ll Do
Showcase your expert-level knowledge in graphic design.
Execute concepts and content ideas, synthesizing complex ideas and sharing them in ways that are clear, persuasive, and effective.
Actively participate in team brainstorms bringing creative and technical insight.
Produce high-quality graphic designs, making recommendations to ensure we are creating informative, persuasive, shareable and memorable assets that help clients reach their marketing goals.
Create and edit graphics, interactive PDFs, eBooks, presentations (PPT), Outlook (OFTs), HTML emails, and more.
Partner closely with other creative members(writers, designers) to deliver exceptional assets to clients.
Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Have
A business license is a requirement for this position.
An experienced graphic designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience, preferably in marketing, social, or similar field.
Strong eye for design aesthetics and visual details, with the ability to push beyond the ordinary and communicate ideas confidently.
Passionate about developing creative solutions and able to work collaboratively to achieve the desired result.
Excellent communication skills and ability to give and take direct feedback.
Possess a senior level of knowledge of, and demonstrable experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), illustration, and additional formats when needed, like PPT, Word, OFT emails, and HTML emails.
A total whiz with social media, search engines, internet protocols and Microsoft Office > Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.
Patience, focus, and adaptability to new technology, software, and techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

Compensation: Delightful Communication uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $65-70 per hour.
