Analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company
Qualifications
At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
Recent experience working in an office environment, any experience in the travel industry is a plus!
Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
