Requirements
Act as a fractional director within the unique SelectFew system (learn more at www.selectfew.co), leading a small handful of clients
Serve as the quarterback of a client's distributed marketing team, offering guidance, strategy, and management of vetted specialty experts
Have expertise ("super powers") in one or more of the following areas: Email, Ads, CRO, Analytics, Content Strategy, Influencer Strategy, Social, SEO
Exhibit resilience and hands-on commitment to tackling diverse challenges for successful project outcomes
Love studying data and designing growth experiments to empower clients in making intelligent business decisions
Possess strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with effective communication abilities
Manage client's distributed marketing teams designed collaboratively through SelectFew
Demonstrate full-funnel growth experience, with an emphasis on tech B2B or consumer leadership
Build and cultivate relationships effortlessly, caring about both clients and team members
Showcase effective decision-making skills and leadership qualities, translating data into valuable insights
