Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives to support business decision-making and ensure the company's financial health and growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends to senior management and key stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data, insights, and forecasts.

Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in financial planning and analysis processes.

Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess business performance and drive actionable insights.

Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and synergy analysis.

Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
