Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine financial models to support decision-making processes, including break-even analysis and cost optimization.
Deliver timely and insightful financial data to department leads and executives, enabling informed decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads and procurement to implement effective cost optimization strategies based on data-driven recommendations.
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of driving successful cost reduction initiatives.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders, building trusted relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling tools, with a willingness to adapt to new software.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of advising and influencing executive stakeholders.
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
