Key Responsibilities
Facilitate budget and forecast processes, partnering with key stakeholders to inform near and long-term strategies and operational metrics/targets.
Own and drive the advancement of FP&A processes, Anaplan planning system, and related IT tools, enhancing the overall finance function.
Consolidate P&L efforts within FP&A and manage monthly reporting for the business.
Collaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial closes.
Prepare presentations and key reporting for the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
Lead improvements in KPI reporting and tracking.
Develop business cases and analyses to support financial decisions.
Drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Partner with the People Team to streamline hiring processes and ensure forecast accuracy related to talent acquisition.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure investments align with business strategy.
Requirements
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in investment banking, FP&A, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
Proficiency in Anaplan, Looker, Tableau, SQL, VBA, or similar tools/programming languages a plus.
Experience in procurement, vendor management, negotiation, and cost reduction desirable.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful.
Bachelor's degree required.
