The Role:

GreenLite is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Strategic Finance Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis and work closely cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Sales Operations as well as interface directly with the leadership team. This position offers unique visibility across the entire company, allowing you to serve as the key liaison between multiple departments and teams. You will transform your analyses into deep insights, communicate these findings to key stakeholders and leaders, and support strategic decision-making.


Here are some examples of what you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close reporting and analysis
  • Maintain and update the company's financial model
  • Work cross-functionally across the company to create accurate forecasts, optimize spend, and review historical data as well as manage our third-party accountant
  • Develop and maintain financial and KPI dashboards and reports
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Own the vendor onboarding process with existing / future customers
  • Invoice customers and coordinate with the operations team to ensure revenue milestones have been met to invoice
  • Manage, approve, and submit payments to our consultants & vendors via our AP/AR system, Bill.com

  • Up-to-date and accurate reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual closes which directly impacts strategic decision making
  • Maintain strong cash collection health to reduce the average customer payment timelines
  • Maintain strong cash burn health
  • Thoughtful analysis that allows GreenLite to improve its financial position and make strong short and long-term financial decisions
  • Strong relationships with current and future financial partners (ex: banking partners, investors, and debt providers) through accurate, reliable reporting


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis; audit experience is a plus
  • CPA license required
  • Strong, comprehensive understanding of US GAAP
  • Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Independent thinker with the ability to find the tools & resources to be successful
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, producing high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working on greenfield projects & willingness to embody the culture & principles of an early-stage company
  • Honest & direct without any ego
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com is a plus
