About the role


You’ll work closely with the COO and founding/leadership team in a senior generalist role. In a nutshell, your role will be to help build the company as we scale in London and the US.


Your responsibilities will touch most parts of the company and will involve closely supporting across a range of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Designing and building company functions and operations
  • Commercial and go-to-market strategy
  • Leading special projects as directed by the executive team
  • Building company culture and processes across two geographies
  • Executive support (e.g., investor relations, board meeting preparation)
  • Other operational and administrative support


About you


We are looking for someone who is described as below:

  • Enjoys quickly converting ambiguity into structure and action
  • Has Olympic drive, with “full-company” ownership and entrepreneurship
  • Low ego, deeply curious, and a quick learner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-performance culture
  • 1-2 years or more at a top tier management/strategy consulting firm, or similar experiences
  • Based in London or New York and excited to work in a “default in-person” environment
  • Comfortable with (and excited by) occasional travel between the UK and US (for UK candidates, possibly even relocating to New York in 12-18 months if that excites you!)

  4. 1 (or 2) x 40m interviews (ideally in person) – one of which will be more skills-focused (technical), and the other more fit/culture-focused
