Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate pharmaceutical process equipment independently, including tablet presses, capsule filling machines, fluid-bed dryer/granulator, pan coating equipment, high-shear and low-shear mixers/granulators, milling equipment, roller compactor, hot-melt extruder, and extrusion-spheronizer.
  • Generate reliable manufacturing data and conduct in-process tests such as weight, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration, bulk/tap density, and sieve analysis.
  • Maintain compression and encapsulation tooling and perform blend sampling for uniformity tests.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain equipment according to SOPs to ensure safe and effective product development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the pilot plant and warehouse environments.
  • Perform routine checks on balances and organize raw materials, packaging materials, and laboratory supplies.
  • Ensure right-first-time execution, timely documentation review, and accurate data entry.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in a science-related field.
  • Over 1 year of prior experience in pharmaceutical development.
  • Experience in a GMP pilot or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds and work in a highly regulated health and safety environment requiring the use of face masks, respirators, gloves, and safety glasses.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexible working hours.

  • Strong motivation and focus on task completion.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical process equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
