Location: Hunterdon County, NJ
Pay: $20-25 per hour
Type: Contract-to-hire
Responsibilities:
Develop prototypes for formula improvement, mainly dealing with enhancing physical and clinical properties as per project requirements
Conduct in-depth evaluations of formula physical and clinical properties, aligning with project objectives
Select ingredients strategically to achieve desired formula outcomes.
Evaluate lab stability of formulated products to ensure consistent performance.
Assess lab aesthetics of formulations to meet quality standards and consumer expectations.
Prepare formulas for testing, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support formulation development and refinement processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Recent Chemistry graduate
