Required

  • 100% ONSITE
  • Required Bachelor's degree
  • Nestle Nutrition is the client, an R&D group.
  • Reinforce Quality Programs in the Plant and interface with Analytical Lab
  • Exp in food or pharma
  • Manage 3rd party Lab analysis (Analytical requests, samples shipment), including NQAC.
  • Create the thermal process trends
  • Assess documentation and release ingredients in NesTMS (software developed by Nestle)
  • Environmental monitoring, cleaning validation and line release sampling
  • Internal Auditor certification (nice to have)

The Quality technician provides constant supervision and support to the Pilot Plant while promoting a Food Safety culture on site. The technician facilitates the communication within the Pilot Plant and the Quality /Analytical Lab and works in improvements initiatives.

KEY OUTPUTS Pilot Plant Quality Programs And Routine

  • Support and reinforce the quality programs in the Pilot Plant.
  • Active Quality representation in the Pilot Plant, facilitating the communication within the Pilot Plant team, the QA Department and Analytical Lab
  • Work with the Pilot Plant individuals on reporting quality deviations and taking immediate corrections
  • Work with the Pilot Plant Manager on the batch records and continuous improvement initiatives

Ingredients Release

  • Assess documentation and release ingredients in NesTMS

Enviromental Monitoring and line release

  • Support the analytical lab/QA on the Enviromental monitoring, cleaning validation and line release sampling

Thermal Process Trends

  • Create the thermal process trends for final review and approval

Analytical Support

  • Manage 3rd party Lab analysis (Analytical requests, samples shipment), including NQAC.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Internal - Functional QA contacts, In-House analytical laboratory, Pilot Plant and P&D Teams, NQAC External - Suppliers, Contractors and Third Party labs

EXPERIENCE: Academic Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

Operational Experience

  • Previous experience in quality and production environment in Food or Pharma
  • Good manufacturing practice
  • NesTMS
  • Internal Auditor certification (nice to have)
