As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required too:
Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and tidy and ready for the following day
Ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly.
Ensure that procedures are adhered to and always followed
Handle guest queries and advise F&B Manager of any changes happening in the restaurant.
Ensure guest satisfaction and to encourage feedback from the guests.
Supervise other Food & Beverage staff when required
The successful candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
