Now hiring TWO Food and Beverage Supervisors.

Schedule 1: Sun 3:00-10:00, Tues, Wed, Thurs 12:30-10:30

Schedule 2: Fri and Sat 1:00-11:00 Sun 11:00-7:00

Starting wage is $29.00 per hour.

  • Position is not eligible for tips but will be eligible for the annual Amaterra NOI Bonus*


As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will executes Food & Beverage service during dining operations as support to the Food & Beverage Director. You will supervise the FOH staff in day-to-day service and leads the team by communicating new processes, menu items and wines available. Responds to guest requests, challenges and questions as needed.

Some of the things you will do:

  • Provide oversight and direction to servers and bartenders on current specials, menu changes, etc. so accurate menu detail is provided to guests.
  • Provide support as needed to Director, Food and Beverage on staff-related items, Act as a leader and provide ongoing coaching for FOH departments.
  • Oversee food and beverage service ensuring that guests are served efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Manage sections of scheduled staff, making cuts when business levels dictate fewer team members are needed.
  • Assist staff with adjusting checks for discounts, voids, comps, or correcting payment errors.
  • Provide hospitable guest recovery if there is an issue.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, and ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service.
  • Monitor the reservations day-to-day and find coverage for shifts that may be short staffed.
  • Supervise opening or closing of the space.
  • Act as a leader and provide ongoing coaching for FOH departments.
  • Provide support for Event team when needed.
