Food and Beverage Manager

The Pensacola Country Club, founded in 1902, is the oldest Private Golf Club in Florida. Located in Pensacola, FL, the club offers members fine dining, golfing, tennis, and other recreational activities. With a dazzling special events venue, the Pensacola Country Club provides a premier experience for its members.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at the Pensacola Country Club. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club's dining facilities, ensuring exceptional service and quality. They will manage staff, coordinate events, develop menus, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Customer service skills
• Training and staff management skills
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
