Food and Beverage Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Pensacola Country Club. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club's food service and beverage departments. This includes managing staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. The Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with other club departments and leadership to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

• Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in staff training and development
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members
• Certifications in food safety and sanitation are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
