As Manager of the Retail and Food/Bev Teams, you’ll be responsible for overseeing operations for the different restaurants and store fronts in the park. Those facilities include, but not limited to, a Pie 5 Pizza Kitchen, our own 7-11 Convenient Store, a “Zweet Treat” Bakery shop, and more. You would help lead the teams that work in those facilities and guide them to be at the best of their abilities.
Responsibilities include;
Cultivate a strategic team environment that provides exceptional guest service while directing the staff and team leadership and ensuring all other team members perform at a consistently high level
Ensure team member training programs are being followed
Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the guest experience by following up with the Recruiting Manager
Lead and influence staff and team leadership through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity
Select and develop staff and team leadership for more responsibility or internal promotability
Promote positive team member relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high team member morale, upholding operations standards, and execution of the performance management process
Solve issues regarding cash handling and monitoring procedures
Helping with various teams and departments within the facility, learning how they each operate, to ensure success in the day-to-day operations. Including but not limited to Activities, Retail, Entry Ticket Sales, Janitorial, Food and Beverage and more
Guarantee sales and promotion strategies implementation in the different Merchandising points of sales
Ensure points of sales properly exhibition, following up sales strategies
Supervise cash availability
Mange merchandising inventories and cash availability in the points of sales
Understand how to track and account for inventory needs
Conduct seamless operations within certain areas of the facility while keeping up team morale within your departments
Understanding and following proper procedures
Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met
Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized

Requirements;
3+ year of retail experience
3+ Years of Food and Beverage experience
Must have prior experience being a team lead or management experience
Solid attention to detail
Great communication skills
Must be proactive
Problem-solving skills and able to think quickly on their feet
Have a team player mentality, who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment
