RideNow Powersports, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven SalesFloor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a SalesFloor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior service at our dealership.

Responsibilities
Guide & manage the sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports
Be a service-driven, visible leader, coach & motivator for the sales team
Motivate the sales team daily to meet & exceed sales goals with clear expectations & open communication.
Track customer traffic in the dealership and manage the sales floor coverage for the best customer experience.
Understand the process of structuring sales deals, including financial options and F&I product objectives
Close sales with guests, including the introduction and selling of F&I products
Explain financing options and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the purchase experience
Present numbers and close deals for the sales team
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a leadership role in a dealership (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, at our Daytona Beach location
A motorcycle endorsement is not required but welcomed
A passion for powersports and understanding of the products and industry is strongly desired
Excellent negotiation and closing skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Exceptional communication skills
