Flight Operations Specialist

Position Summary:

As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will be integral to our flight operations team, focusing on scheduling, dispatching, and managing flight operations under Part 135 regulations. Your role will ensure efficient and safe flight operations, coordinating closely with pilots and other operational staff.

Core Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch flight crew, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilize JetInsight FMS and ForeFlight dispatch tools to plan and monitor flights
• Communicate effectively with flight crew and clients to deliver superior customer service
• Make proactive decisions to address operational challenges
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in flight operations within a Part 135 environment
• Proficiency in JetInsight FMS and ForeFlight dispatch tools
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proactive decision-making abilities
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
• Current passport
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aviation Degree and/or Pilot experience
• Experience with flight crew scheduling, trip scheduling, and flight dispatching
• Familiarity with additional aviation operation tools and systems
