Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a FLC Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist role for a temporary, assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $18 - $22/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

FLC CBR Specialist – Plano, TX

Reporting to the First Line Compliance Credit Bureau Reporting Team, the person in this role will support the First Line Compliance Department's objective to provide accurate and timely review of TMCCs monthly Metro2 file.

The primary responsibility of this role is to review account details and exercise sound business judgment and knowledge of policies and procedures in modifying the reporting of account accuracy. This will be accomplished through investigating account transactions and account documents in multiple systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reviewing and investigating consumer accounts, using multiple computer programs.
  • Investigating account transactions and account histories in multiple TMCC systems.
  • Researching account characteristics and potential system irregularities to resolve most disputes/inquiries, and/or recommend appropriate solutions, if necessary.
  • Interfacing with Headquarters and Experience Centers (ECs) to resolve customer payment issues including internal requests to modify the reporting of a customer’s payment history and requests for legal documentation.
  • Contacting appropriate agencies/vendors to secure information needed to complete processing.

Requirements

Skills

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Added bonus if you have-

  • Experience using e-OSCAR.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry.
