Fix Auto / Courtesy Chevrolet is looking for an experienced writer but willing to train the right person. Looking for someone to serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
Job Responsibilities:
Estimating all drive-in appointments as well as “walk in” customers and complete process review with customer
Must comply with all Fix Auto safety rules, guidelines and standards
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
Have the ability to effectively communicate with others-verbal and written
Working estimating knowledge including systems
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Strong sales orientation, organization and multi-tasking skills with good time management
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Keep Body Shop Manager informed of all problems and potential problems.
