StretchLab has brought together the largest group of experts in personal training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy, massage therapy, kinesiology/exercise science, and many more related certified and licensed fields. A successful Sales Representative will drive new membership sales by booking first visits and supporting membership and retail sales. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
  • Drive membership and retail sales.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Support Studio Leadership with operation of the studio including cleaning, reordering stock, and social media management.
  • Grow StretchLab memberships and retain current clientele.
  • Other duties, as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and retail.
  • Become proficient at Club Ready software to troubleshoot client accounts. inquiries, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Strong background in membership and retail sales.
  • Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
