Description

As the Fitness Marketing Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the marketing team. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks of fitness-related marketing initiatives of the CELSIUS brand. This entry-level role will help maintain key accounts and assist the team with deliverables related to trade shows, event planning, and partnerships under the fitness vertical.


This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.


Responsibilities

  • Create agendas/recaps and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly calendar for Fitness events including demos/samplings and all Field team requests.
  • Keep track of inventory levels of Fitness product and swag and work with appropriate teams to restock needs.
  • Facilitate placing product and swag orders and allocating assets to Fitness events, activations, and trade shows.
  • Upkeep documents such as status reports, sales team meeting notes, newsletters, and more.
  • Assist Fitness Team and coordinate with staffing agency and/or Field team for on-site reps for gym activations.
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of CPG and the energy category and competitors.
  • Own accounting processes such as invoice processing and submitting purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with fitness marketing teammates in the planning and execution of consumer and customer marketing programs/campaigns both in-person and virtually.
  • Additional projects as assigned, which may include: assistance on other events/programs, competitive research, POVs, athlete/influencer research, etc.
