Job Title: Fitness Center Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 05:00 to 20:00 - Monday through Friday; 09:00 to 16:00 – Saturday; 09:00 to 15:00 – Sunday

Location: Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in fitness center management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Duties:

  • Supervise staff to ensure efficient operation of the fitness center
  • Monitor facility usage to optimize resources and address any issues
  • Assist in maintaining equipment to ensure safety and functionality
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist in developing and implementing fitness programs and classes
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
