Overview:

DiversyFund seeks a Fintech Operations Director who will spearhead the integration and management of our crowdfunding platform’s operations. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise in fintech systems with a robust understanding of operational efficiencies, customer journey enhancements, and compliance adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy and Management: Oversee the design and enhancement of operational systems across the fintech platform, ensuring seamless integrations and optimized performance aligned with business goals.
• AI and Business Intelligence Implementation: Deploy AI-driven tools and business intelligence to refine the customer journey, utilizing analytics on demographics and psychographics for advanced customer segmentation and profiling.
• Customer Experience and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies using tools like HubSpot for email segmentation, personalized content delivery, and lifecycle marketing to improve customer retention, onboarding, and engagement.
• Content Optimization: Utilize customer behavior insights to ensure that content is delivered at the right time to the right person through effective channels, increasing the relevance and impact of communications.
• Financial Oversight and Compliance: Direct the reconciliation of financial accounts, manage customer distributions, and uphold strict compliance with AML/KYC regulations through sophisticated fintech integrations.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead cross-departmental collaborations, working closely with teams in product development and user experience to ensure that operational strategies support superior customer service and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in operational roles within a fintech environment, with a significant focus on system architecture and customer experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI and business intelligence for operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in marketing technologies such as HubSpot for advanced customer relationship management.
• Strong background in managing financial systems and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of operational best practices in a fintech or financial services setting.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
