Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this individual will build and maintain strong member relationships and play a key role in assisting the branch in growing membership and business by supporting leads. Responsibilities will include cross-selling financial services, performing branch lead duties, receiving and processing memberships, checking/loan applications, opening new services for members, and completing teller transactions. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of financial institution experience including new accounts and/or loans, excellent customer service skills, a proven record of punctuality, and the ability to work Saturdays.
