We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Relationship Manager to join a team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning services to a growing book of clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, tax laws, and market trends, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. This position will focus on providing support to existing clients, no sales involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, current financial situation, and risk tolerance.
Analyze clients’ financial status, including income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, investments, and retirement plans.
Develop personalized financial plans that address clients’ needs in areas such as investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
Provide ongoing portfolio management and adjustments based on market conditions and clients’ evolving needs.
Recommend appropriate financial products and services, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance policies, and other investment vehicles.
Educate clients on financial planning topics and keep them informed about market trends and changes that may affect their plans.
Ensure all financial planning activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including plans, notes, and updates.
Stay updated with financial planning trends, products, and regulatory changes through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
