Your Role as a Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our local market, providing exemplary service, insightful advice, and inspiring leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of financial professionals in delivering top-notch investment guidance and support to our valued clients. You'll drive branch revenue growth and expand our client base while collaborating closely with Financial Consultants (FC) and Investment Consultants (IC) to implement strategic sales initiatives. Day-to-day activities will include sales coaching, process management, training, performance evaluation, client engagements, talent acquisition, partnership development, compliance oversight, and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications
Active and valid Series 7 license
Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license required (obtainable within 90 days of employment)
Active and valid Series 9/10 license required (obtainable within 90 days of employment)
Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (obtainable within 120 days of employment)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or relevant work experience
4+ years of financial sales leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Active and valid FINRA Series 24 license
CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS certifications
Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills
Proven ability to build quality cross-enterprise partnerships
Excellent communication skills and a successful track record in sales and leadership
