Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Relationship Banker located in New Lenox, IL. The Financial Relationship Banker will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing financial services and advice, managing loans, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong knowledge of finance and financial products, as well as excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Financial Services and Finance
• Experience in managing and evaluating Loans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Financial Planner) are a plus
