About the Team:

Entreprenurial minded people who are disciplined and hands on with their aspirations. Financial advisors share the common goal of wanting to educate and help individuals with their personal financial goals. Metrics driven environment where we help each other reach our goals with healthy competition.


Job Responsibilities (What you’ll do in the role):

  • Source clients to build book of business from scratch
  • Build personable relationships with clients
  • Provide customized/tailored financial service to clients
  • Evaluate each client's unique needs
  • Educate clients on how to reach their financial goals
  • Present financial strategies and consultations to clients
  • Sell financial advice such as investments, estate planning, retirement planning, & etc.
  • Follow up with clients to check on their financial status


To succeed in this role (Required Qualifications):

  • A college degree is preferred but not required. Individuals with experience in customer facing roles such as retail, restaurant service, and business development are highly encouraged to apply. What’s most important to us is having a positive mindset and skills to get the job done!
  • Obtain financial exams: SIE, LAH, S66, and S7 (Training provided!)
  • Ambitious and self-starter attitude with a lifelong learning mindset

Bonus points for these (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience with business development or entrepreneurship
  • Prior Sales Quota or metrics experience
  • Ability to successfully build a network through different platforms and outlets

  • Our entry level training curriculum is designed to empower you with the skills and tools needed for success: client relationship management, product knowledge, sales techniques, market development, role play and access to a full suite of remote-work technology solutions. You will also improve from participating in local and national development programs and joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience.
  • We also have management opportunities for those wanting to advance into leadership or just try it on in our Leadership Development School.
