UP Talent Group is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS startup to identify an excellent Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. They are leading in digital-first commerce platforms; and offer integrations, centralized enterprise management, and payment processor services. They have an exceptional leadership team whose mission is to revolutionize beyond POS within the restaurant industry.
As an FP&A Manager, you will:
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Be a key team player in the finance team to provide recurring revenue analysis, KPI and data analysis, and financial planning and analysis
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue strategies
Own the monitoring and tracking KPIs and make recommendations to drive business decisions
Own the management of financial models, and reporting, and provide strategic insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and support data analytics projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What They Value in You:
6+ years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on recurring revenue models
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
Extensive experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
In-depth knowledge of subscription-based business models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition
Superb communication and communication skills, team player, would like to be in a challenging environment, and passionate about growth
