We are seeking a motivated Associate/Senior Associate to support our Operating Team. This role offers high visibility, significant travel, and direct involvement with portfolio companies throughout each assignment.
About the Role & Firm:
Strategic Impact: Lead the Finance-related F100 Day Value Creation plan, spearheading strategic financial and operational improvement projects.
Key Functions: Establish and enhance the organization's Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support financial and operational improvement projects
Conduct FP&A and financial modeling
Drive strategic planning and budgeting processes
Execute transformation plans immediately after acquisition
Create clear and impactful presentations
Perform market, company, and competitor research
Structure and analyze data to draw insights about key business drivers
Complete ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as assigned
Convince C-Level and Finance leaders to plan, execute, and measure key initiatives
Requirements:
BA or BS with an excellent academic record; major in Engineering, Statistics, or Finance a plus
Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Prior financial modeling experience
Entrepreneurial, creative self-starter; able to work independently with limited direction
High learning agility; able to quickly get up to speed on new industries and areas
Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
3-7 years of experience at an accounting/consulting firm or a Fortune 500 company
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA and Tableau experience a plus
