Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. This position requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and financial insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess their financial impact.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
