LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis role at a global leader with business unit operations east of Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with finance leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. Our client offers a flexible environment with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. This role also offers room for growth & further advancement.
FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Director of Finance
- Develop and implement efficient procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial statements, forecasts, plans, and business analyses.
- Coordinate communication between corporate teams, operating companies, and executive management.
- Review financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and proper support, adhering to corporate as well as SOX standards.
- Support acquisition activity, compliance initiatives, and detailed financial reporting.
- Prepare and consolidate reports on key financial metrics for management review.
- Manage tax planning to minimize global tax burden.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Contribute to group-wide initiatives, process simplification, and special projects as needed.
- Analyze business operations to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Desired Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis and reporting experience
- Clear communication skills
- Above average systems aptitude, including Excel
- Continuous improvement mentality
