Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis role at a global leader with business unit operations east of Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with finance leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Director of Finance
• Develop and implement efficient procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial statements, forecasts, plans, and business analyses.
• Coordinate communication between corporate teams, operating companies, and executive management.
• Review financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and proper support, adhering to corporate as well as SOX standards.
• Support acquisition activity, compliance initiatives, and detailed financial reporting.
• Prepare and consolidate reports on key financial metrics for management review.
• Manage tax planning to minimize global tax burden.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Contribute to group-wide initiatives, process simplification, and special projects as needed.
• Analyze business operations to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis and reporting experience
• Clear communication skills
• Above average systems aptitude, including Excel
• Continuous improvement mentality
