The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in healthcare provider compensation and clinical P&L management for the company. This position involves monthly P&L dashboard creation, partnering with leadership to increase profit and compensation, and the processing of ancillary income distributions and productivity bonuses. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with senior management and various departments to drive financial performance and support business objectives.
Essential Functions
Senior Physician Compensation: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting & Analysis
Produce month end dashboards for senior physician compensation in accordance with the internal care center allocations
Manage the quarterly true up process for senior physicians
Set quarterly draws and own review process with clinical and MSO leaders
Clinical P&L Management
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management
Partner with operations and clinical leadership to increase provider compensation
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
Leverage technology and best practices to streamline reporting and analysis activities
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting
Qualities & Skills
Ability to audit, improve and establish processes
Advanced Excel (strong financial modeling) and PowerPoint
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., BI & ERPs)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Financial BI systems/tools experience
Experience with data management and data visualization tools and applications such as SQL Server, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years of corporate FP&A experience
