We are currently seeking a talented Financial Planner and Analyst for a remote position. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed financial analysis and modeling. Your insights will directly influence departmental strategies and executive decisions, enhancing operational efficiency across our organization.
In addition to financial modeling, you will collaborate closely with operations leadership to develop comprehensive growth projections across multiple geographic areas. Over the next year, our care team is set to expand significantly, and your data-driven approach will guide staffing decisions while considering the financial implications of various options.
This full-time remote position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Financial Planning And Analysis Responsibilities
Provide in-depth analytical, forecasting, and project support to management and department leads.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial statements (Opex, below EBITDA items, CAPEX, balance sheet, cash flow).
Collaborate with budget holders to analyze monthly costs and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
Support fundraising efforts through metrics gathering and modeling.
Generate quarterly financial reports comparing performance against budget, and conduct review sessions with budget holders.
Develop models to analyze and forecast revenue, costs, and key business metrics.
Maintain planning software and ensure accurate data updates from Netsuite on a monthly basis.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Experience in financial planning & analysis, operations modeling, and forecasting.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred experience in healthcare, NetSuite, and SQL.
Previous exposure to healthcare or startup environments is advantageous.
