Financial Planner and Analyst - Remote | WFH

We are currently seeking a Financial Planner and Analyst for a remote position at our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and modeling. Your insights will directly impact departmental efficiency and strategic decision-making processes led by our executive team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations leadership to develop robust growth models across various geographical areas. Over the next year, our care team is set to expand significantly, and you will utilize data-driven approaches to support hiring decisions, ensuring optimal staffing levels while considering financial implications.

This full-time remote position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and offers a dynamic environment where your analytical skills will be instrumental in driving organizational success.

Financial Planning And Analysis Responsibilities

• Provide detailed financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management and department heads.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, covering Opex, below EBITDA items, CAPEX, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with budget holders to analyze monthly costs, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts through metric gathering and financial modeling.
• Produce quarterly financial reports, comparing performance against budget, and conduct review sessions with budget holders.
• Develop sophisticated models for revenue, cost analysis, and key business metrics.
• Maintain planning software, ensuring accurate updates of headcount and financial actuals from Netsuite on a monthly basis.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Proficient in Excel and experienced in financial modeling.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, operations modeling, and forecasting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, NetSuite, and SQL.
